Private Dining Menus Two menus for our private dining guests

Our two banquet rooms can comfortably entertain 60 to 90 guests for a sit-down dinner or up to 200 guests for cocktails and hors d’ oeuvres. For a restaurant buy-out, we can seat up to 150 guests.
We have two standard private dining menus.

 

BANQUET DINNER MENU 1
$40.00 per person plus 8% tax and 20% service charge including gratuity before tax

*Wagyu Hanger Steak 
Creamed Spinach, Mashed Potato
7X Beef is locally grown all natural Wagyu (also known as American Kobe).
Marbling factor is rated at 7 where as a prime steak is only at 4.5X. 7X is 100%
pure strain Wagyu from Tajima of Wagyu Cattle. The meat is a delicacy renowned
for its flavor, tenderness and fatty, buttery marbled texture
