It would be our pleasure to walk you through our dining and banquet rooms. We can customize our menus to fit your specific needs. Our two banquet rooms can comfortably entertain 60 to 90 guests for a sit-down dinner or up to 200 guests for cocktails and hors d’ oeuvres. For a restaurant buy-out, we can seat up to 150 guests.

General Information

Deposit

A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required for room reservations. The balance is due the day of the function. A contract will be drawn after receiving the deposit. Full guaranteed number of guests will be billed if we do not receive a written change or cancellation notice prior to the function after the contract has been signed. We accept cash, American Express, Master Card, Visa, Diner’s and Discover cards.

Cancellations

Written cancellation must be provided 30 days in advance. Cancellation within 30 days prior to the party or a no show is considered a breach of contract. Your credit card will be charged the amount of twenty dollars per each guaranteed attendee.

Guaranteed Guest Count

A guaranteed guest count must be provided at the time of the contractual agreement. This number must be no less than 15% of the projected number of attendees. This guarantee is not subject to reduction prior to the function. An increase in the number of attendees must be provided with 24 hours advanced notice. At this time, the guaranteed guest count will be increased to the actual number of attendees. The final billing will be based on the guarantee or the actual guest count, whichever is greater.

Room Rental and Set-up Fees for Private Events

There will be a $100.00, non-refundable room rental fee for private events. Cocktail service will be provided to all banquets at no extra charge. Special requests for a private bar set-up is $200.00. Food and Beverage minimum will apply to all private functions at $50.00 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Food and Beverage Minimum

There is no food and beverage minimum for events that do not require a private room. You will only be charged for consumption of food, beverage, wine, liquor, beer, private room rental, pre-arranged agreement on decoration, floral arrangements and any audio visual equipment rental.

Buy-out

The cost for a buy-out of the second level facilities is $4,000 for Mondays-Thursdays and Sundays and $7,000 for Fridays and Saturdays. Buy-out includes the entire second level dining area and consists of 3,000 square feet with two dining facilities which seat 60 and 90, respectively.

Decorations

We are happy to assist you with fresh floral arrangements, audio visual equipment rental and live entertainment and these associated costs will be added to your bill.

Banquet Menus

We feature both a $40.00 and $50.00 banquet menu. Menus feature options for soup or salad and a choice of entrees and desserts. The menu featuring your choice of two passed appetizers is available for an additional $12 per person. We are happy to assist you in customizing a menu for you and your guests.

Parking

After 5pm, covered parking is available at 16 Market Square (16th and Market Streets) for $6.00 per car. With advanced notice, we are happy to add this charge to the final bill for the convenience of your guests.
